What is a hockey mom?

A hockey mom is everything. She’s a caffeinated wonder, an expert chauffeur, has gone nose blind to all the joyous smells of hockey, she’s me, and she’s you. Hockey moms come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and more. She’s left, she’s right, and everywhere in between.

Hockey moms know an hour early in the morning that no one else does, they know how to feed a team (aka, family) in a 400 square feet hotel room, and they can tell you the names of every sibling on their kid(s) hockey team. That’s just how we are.

Many of us skate, some of us play, and we all have an unwavering love for our kiddos and this incredible sport they play.

“Why hockey?” we get asked. Ha Ha! We’d have it no other way. I know this video is old, but I cry every time I watch it. I do hope you enjoy and come back here for more hockey mom stories.
